Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask AZ Coatings LLC to delete your personal data at any time. This includes data our Facebook publishing tool, Canonry-Poster, received from Meta.

How to ask

1. Email jason@azcoatingsllc.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Give your name and the email address or Facebook account the request is about.
3. Say what you want deleted, or ask us to delete everything we hold about you.

What we delete

• Facebook data our tool stored about you, such as access tokens.
• Messages you sent through our website’s contact form.

We may keep records the law requires us to keep, and we’ll tell you if that applies.

What happens next

We’ll confirm we got your request within 5 business days and finish deleting within 30 days. We’ll email you when it’s done.

Remove the tool’s access on Facebook

If you connected Canonry-Poster to your Facebook account, you can remove its access yourself. In your Facebook settings, open Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Canonry-Poster and remove it. This stops new access; email us to delete what the tool already stored.
