Privacy Policy

AZ Coatings LLC (“AZ Coatings”, “we”), formerly J&J Polyurea Roofing, explains here what personal data we collect, why, and your choices. This policy covers azcoatingsllc.com and the tool we use to post on our Facebook Page.

Information you give us on our website

Our contact and inspection request form asks for your name, mobile number, ZIP code, email address, how you heard about us, and your message. We use it to reply, schedule inspections and prepare quotes. Form messages are sent to us by email.

Information collected automatically

Our site uses a Google tag and Google Tag Manager to measure site use with Google Analytics. Our contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and the site loads Google Fonts. When these load, Google may receive your IP address and browser details, and Google’s privacy policy covers that data.

Facebook data used by our publishing tool

We publish posts to the AZ Coatings Facebook Page with a tool called Canonry-Poster, a Meta app. Canonry, our marketing provider, runs this tool for us. When a member of our team connects the tool to Facebook, Meta gives it:

• Their basic Facebook profile (such as their name, profile picture and an ID for this app), to sign them in.
• The list of Facebook Pages they manage, so they can choose the AZ Coatings Page.
• Permission to publish posts to that Page. The tool publishes only posts our team has approved.
• Access to read the Page’s posts. Right after publishing, the tool reads the post back to confirm its text and link.
• An access token from Meta that lets the tool do these things.

The tool keeps only the Page access token and a record of each post it publishes: the post’s ID, link and time.

How we use Facebook data

We use it only to publish posts our team approved to our own Facebook Page and to check they went out correctly. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising.

Who we share data with

• Meta, when we publish a post to Facebook.
• Canonry, our marketing provider, which runs our publishing tool.
• Our website developer, who also receives contact form messages.
• Our website host and email provider.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep data

• Contact form messages: as long as we need them to reply and keep business records.
• Facebook access tokens: until the team member disconnects the tool or we stop using it.
• Records of published posts: for as long as Canonry manages our Facebook Page.

Your choices

• See, correct or delete your data: follow our Data Deletion Instructions, or email jason@azcoatingsllc.com.
• Remove the tool’s Facebook access: in your Facebook settings, open Business integrations (or Apps and websites) and remove Canonry-Poster.

Changes to this policy

When our practices change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
